Youth Fitness (TOP)

Y Run Jr. 
Ages 8 – 14
Saturdays 9:30-10:30 am
Begins May 2008
A YMCA certified instructor will train new and/or beginning runners to prepare for a 5K race. This will include a run/walk program with gradually increasing running intervals and decreasing walking intervals until participants are running 30-40 minutes nonstop. Weekly running topics will be discussed. 5K and 10K options to be offered.  Modifications are made for age appropriateness.
Members:  $5.00
Non-Members $55.00
