YMCA Preparation Program for Law Enforcement Candidates

This is a 6 week program designed to prep Police Test Candidates and/or assist Candidates who did not pass their initial test.  Our staff of Certified Fitness Professionals will design a strength and/or conditioning programs for the candidate based on their individual needs.  Any candidate who has not been officially tested and failed, will take an ASSESSMENT only test in the beginning of the program.  This will provide our Trainers with a baseline to assess the candidate’s weakness and strengths for the Physical Fitness Test.  The trainer will then meet with the candidate two or three more times to check on the candidate’s progress and make any necessary program adjustments..

Fees:  YMCA Member - $30; Non-Member - $75
